7. Give honest and specific appreciation
8. Manage your emotion productively.
9. Maintain confidentiality and not leaking secrets.

  1. Very good statement theoritically, however we have to use some of these skill based on "Individual Differences." . Different people need different approach. That is the basic one need to be understand.
